This place is without a doubt the best dental office, or any office for that matter, that I have been to. I'm honestly quite shocked at how pleasant of an experience going to the dentist can be and I know that sounds crazy. Everyone is so nice, honest, they take initiative to ensure the patient remembers appointments and where they are in their progress, they are easily accessible and responsive via text and email, great hours and genuinely nice [people to talk to while you're there. Dr D diagnosed a filling for me a few weeks back. Just had it done yesterday and him and the assistant were so friendly and compassionate. I struggled with the isolite and I appreciate that they were accommodating and communicative. Hygienist and front desk are all wonderful as well.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to in a long time in Red Deer! Friendly front end staff with smiles on their faces, girls in the back are amazing and made sure I was comfortable and Dr Aull is amazing. He took so much time with me to go threw everything I need done and set up a plan for me to slowly start fixing everything going on. Definitely will tell everyone I see what a great experience I had here!!

Dr.Aull was amazing in fixing my tooth. The experience completely pain free in fact I did not even fill the freezing needles. I have made follow up appointment right away. I would recommend Neighbourhood Dental to anyone in fact I have already. Thank you to all the front staff as well such wonderful ladies.

Great dentist and great staff. My little one was crying and scared and they made every effort to be her friend and cheer her up so that she wouldn't think the dentist office was a scary place. They were so gentle, kind, and understanding. I also love how they have a coloring sheet at check-in so your child has something to do while they wait. I highly recommend it to everyone. Ten stars if I could."

So thankful for choosing neighborhood dental. Dr. Scott is amazing. He takes the time to listen, answer questions - and I asked a lot (first crown ever) and explained everything. I greatly appreciated that he checked in frequently through the procedure to ensure I was still comfortable. I believe he truly cares about the well being of his patients and what is best for them. All the additional extras that make this clinic fabulous is their comfort menu. A blanket and blue tooth headphones was so nice to have and the tv on the ceiling. The staff in general are very kind and helpful. Greatly appreciate Lisa the dental assistant she too took the time to explain step by step what to expect and ask if I had any further questions. Both Dr. Scott and Lisa have such a positive energy and although I am sure they explained the same procedure multiple times in a week they Didn’t rush any aspect. Strongly recommend checking this clinic out. Also huge bonus that they charge the fee guide so everything is covered or just about everything. They truly understand customer service in a day where it seems to be lacking in so many other places.

My wife and I have been patients of this clinic, and we are always getting excellent experience here. We needed a lot of work done on our teeth in this clinic, including regular check-up, hygiene and maintenance. The dentists, hygienist, and staff are very friendly, very professional and kind and really really good at what they do. The clinic is very modern, and prestine all the time. By far the best dentists in Red Deer. Compared to all previous dental clinics in 4 cities in 2 other countries we've lived before, this is our favourite!
